We support organisations through a variety of activities including research and analysis, community engagement, programme evaluation and the design of tools to help organisations and projects with self-evaluation.
Our team brings a wealth of experience in developing creative and robust approaches to meet the needs of our clients. This, combined with our collaborative approach, enables us to constantly share and develop the expertise within the organisation.
Find out more about the types of work we do:
- Research and analysis – we undertake both primary and secondary research for clients on a range of topic areas to establish justification for, or feasibility of, an initiative, and to inform strategy development
- Evaluation and self-evaluation – we regularly evaluate the impact of public or third sector interventions to measure the impact they have had. In addition, we provide guidance to a wide range of organisations on the best methods to self evaluate their work.
- Facilitation and organisational support – Our team is highly experienced in facilitating a wide range of events including learning events, consultation with target groups and high level presentations to stakeholders and policy makers. We are regularly commissioned to support organisations in the design/re-design of services and with other aspects of their work including partnership development; governance; and outcomes development.
